Returns/Refund Policy

Unfortunately as we sell perishable goods, we cannot accept returns once items have been dispatched. This is for health and safety reasons.

Also, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

Missing items/delivery:

Please contact us immediately by email to info@sweetsensations.ie if there are any missing items from your order or if you have not received your order within the time frame stated. We can then evaluate the situation and make it right.

 

Damages/issues:

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately by email to info@sweetsensations.ie if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We can then evaluate the situation and make it right.
